Re: TLS c/o 2020 Applicants
LSDAS GPA is kinda bullshit. I got dropped a full .1 on my LSDAS because I failed a class (dropped after the drop date) retook it and got an A. So on the LSDAS I essentially get credited for 2 C's instead of the A which is what the college transcript uses.HaveMercy wrote:SO my transcripts got in and my LSDAS GPA is lower than my U GPADo they look down on this? Also, what is a good class rank?

Hey Jeeves, sorry about this, but can you link to this doc instead of that one. I have to delete it as it looks like the creator isn't anonymous on google docs now.R. Hello applicants!! I'm Hilde and I applied last cycle (OP of the greatest HLS thread of all time, no big deal). I was waaaayyyy too dialed into this site when I applied so if you have any questions about the process whatsoever, feel free to shoot them my way since there's a good chance I might know the answer. I'm also up to look at anyone's PS, resume, or why X essays.
Good luck to all of you! I'm sure you will all have a wonderful cycle.

If you're really interested in going to NYU or CLS, just be sure to OP the opposite thread. Last year's NYU OP [me] is going to CLS but got waitlisted at NYU and the CLS OP is going to NYU and got waitlisted at CLS. We also received basically identical scholarships.
Now I'm not saying you should extrapolate certain predictions from a single data point but:

I'm guessing you get fee waivers based off of your LSAT score?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
