Haha, I'd never heard that phrase for it before. But not exactly, it sounds like a very common slang used to describe a part of it. I shall reveal NO more.

I feel like I should actually sit down and make these considerations before I get numbers. I don't want to end up in a situation where I end up paying more than I can handle...but I did just buy a car going over my written budget, so I guess it can be a bit flexible.
