I think if you're sitting at 11/30 then you're just UR1 - thats the first day any under reviews were reported at all!

If I remember correctly, Penn UR dates are variable depending on your readers. Some are faster than others so you see movement sooner.

Does it say anything different for under committee review when it does it the second time? I just checked the status checker and it says under committee review as of todays date but I don't recall if it also said that previously. I went complete on 11/25 if it helps anyone

It just says under committee review and the date changes twice. You have to self monitor. A lot of folks were UR on 11/30 but we submitted early.

Now I want to kick myself in the gonads because I haven't been monitoring...I'm UR (date change today), but I didn't go complete until 11/20, and I have no idea if I'm UR1 or UR2.

Hopefully Penn will send out all ED1 decisions on Monday. Penn's tweet is ambiguous because "next wave" does not necessarily mean that it is the final wave, although it could be. Thoughts?

I went complete on 11.17 and UR1 on 12.11 -- I'd say it's safe to assume you're UR1.
