wait didn't the other McGill guy say he has a 3.2/ 166? I don't think a 166 is below Georgetown's 25th. The 2017 medians thread in the admissions forum says GULC's 25th is 163

Hey I read through a few forums and saw that it takes about a week for u to go complete. It took a couple days for me to go received but I also read that the status checker doesn't update? Will they let me know when the app is complete? I have all my materials in just haven't gotten a confirm of completeness

I'm curious about this as well. I submitted on 9/29, and received confirmation that the application had been received on 9/30. Never got an email confirming the application is complete (or anything else, for that matter), although the status checker indicates that it is and one of my LOR writers received the "thank you" email.

My circumstances were pretty similar to yours (submitted, received confirmation email, complete via status check but no email indicating complete, LOR writer "thank you" email). I rec'd my decision a few days after my LOR writers got the "thank you" email.

I doubt it's related. My LOR writer forwarded the email while my app was still being held for my last LOR.

I'm right there with you. I applied on the day the application opened, application has been complete since somewhere around 9/20 or so, and one LOR writer that I know of received email about 10/6. It's been quiet since. I've been stalking my mailbox to no avail.

Do those LOR thank you's indicate who they wrote the LOR for?

Mine had my first and name inserted, but it was VERY form. I've copied and pasted it below.

Whose civpro class are you in?

Not the infamous Abernathy if you've heard of him and that's why you're asking haha. I have Vladeck and he's an awesome professor. Been there done that as far as litigation goes and has a good way of keeping class interesting.

Yeah I heard he lighted up a little. People who have him tend to get an "I'm better at civpro than you" complex which is annoying AF. You weren't in the "low hanging fruit" class were you? Heard that was a gem. TheSpanishMain actually has Abernathy.
