Just submitted my application; hope it's not too late in the cycle. Have similar stats to those who have been accepted. Wrote a "Why ND" essay.

same boat as you - applied right around you and wrote the essay
dont know your stats but im above 75th LSAT and a little under the median GPA so we'll see what happens! good luck!

So I applied 12/2 and my application went complete a few days after with another complete update on 1/14. I see the "seat deposit" slots in the fees area but haven't heard back anything yet. Anyone else been waiting a while?

Accepted here. Love the school and will totally attend here if given the right amount of $. They told me I would be given a scholarship in my acceptance letter so I am eagerly awaiting their offer. Anyone know if they're open to negotiating at all?

Second.... I, as well as most people, I believe, got their acceptance letter pretty soon after the decision. Does this mean that they are starting to hand out schollys, and that they've made decisions on offers already? That would be great!!

No. Some acceptance letters don't mention scholarships. Others do. While my guess is that "no offer" letters won't preclude scholarship down the road, ND has told some in advance that they will be making them a scholarship offer. No one should expect a number before February, but I think within the first week-10 days of February is likely.

No. Some acceptance letters don't mention scholarships. Others do. While my guess is that "no offer" letters won't preclude scholarship down the road, ND has told some in advance that they will be making them a scholarship offer. WOW. Totally misinterpreted his/her post

My bad. I took "They told me I would be given a scholarship in my acceptance letter" to mean, "they called or emailed me to accept me, and told me that when my acceptance letter came there would be a scholly in it".

Clearly, s/he just meant that their acceptance letter informed them that a scholly was forthcoming. I actually saw your earlier post about the 7th, which is why I was so surprised!

Sorry for the scare, everyone! total RC fail on me.

I applied over the holidays, went complete on the 3rd, then the 15th and now the 22nd. Still no decision though. Hopefully a decision will come relatively soon. I did write a Why ND essay and have alumni connections.
