How did you get your decision? Also, did you get a complete e-mail? Mine is completed but I haven't gotten a complete e-mail yet.

Finally managed to talk to the W&M alum who is an associate at Skadden last night. He was really very open and honest about the school, even if he was speaking from the perspective of someone who was top 10% and came out with the best possible employment scenario. He indicated that he'd probably be contacting a few other potential students, not just those of us in NYC, so some of you all may get an email as well. He was also kind enough to put me in touch with another Skadden associate who graduated from W&M last year so that I could get a more current opinion of the school and the job market.

Got acceptance letter w/scholarship info at school mailbox today, saw I was accepted via email last week. W&M was just a random app for me but the 33k per year scholarship has made me look into it more. Specifically, they gave me a 'fellowship' thing that made up for the difference between out of state and instate tuition plus 4k stipend, and then a 20k scholarship on top of that. I kind of doubt I'll attend but hopefully this info can help people who are curious (GPA and LSAT info in my profile).

I applied in early December. Had to wait on my second LSAT score.

Went into review 11/6 and was admitted via status checker today. 162/3.9

For those who had a long wait, did the school request more info from you (i.e. grades from the fall semester) prior to your decision or wait? My app was held for fall grades and I received my decision about a week after LSAC sent those grades along. I suppose some had to wait for a December LSAT but my app did not.
