i wish all law schools did that. keep up the hope! i'm glad they finally started releasing decisions.

3.49 and in. Anyone know when scholarship info is released? Also, is boston university actually better than boston college? I mean in terms of placement, reputation, etc. How has bc been placing the past couple of years?

Me too. This is frustrating since I've already heard from several higher ranked schools. Super sad that I didn't get any BC love today.

I'm still sitting at review status for pretty much every school I applied to. The curse of the bad LSAT I guess.

I feel you henchman. Decision rendered 12/06 but no fancy email from the dean all day. I even called BC and all they said was that my decision would come through snail mail. fml....here's to hoping that a batch of 'welcome' emails are sent out tomorrow morning. I'm honestly hoping that they went in alphabetical order and just didnt get to my last name yet.

Hate to do this to you but my last name is right at the beginning of the alphabet. If I had to guess, I think our decision is "hold", I saw one today on LSN. Regardless, our letters should be arriving soon.

The two schools were in a dead heat for placement the last year for which there is data, 2009. If you'd rather end up in NYC then BU probably has a slight edge, but otherwise the main factor in choosing between the two schools is gonna be which is, subjectively, a better fit for you.

Not posting class of '09 data because I think the numbers will still be at that level (they'll be down across the board since then for class of '10 at least, and probably for the foreseeable future), but rather to show the relatively equality in placement between the two schools.

By welcome email do you mean the video message from the Dean? Also, has anyone with the congrats/video email yesterdays gotten their packages in the mail yet?
