Got a call at the same time . I asked when they mailed packets and she said on Wednesday.

So I just checked my status checker to see that they still have my old number on my checker when i emailed the months ago that it has changed...so I emailed them again letting them know of the error on the checker. Ive also been complete without movement since 11/3. Ugghhhh.

...I'm concerned about not hearing something today since I went complete on 1/12, but wow 11/3 is a really long wait.

Does anyone know if any decisions are released on weekends ?

Doubtful since the staff are probably taking naps and watching cartoons. Unless you get something in the mail tomorrow I guess?

Is this bad?

I think that everyone admitted has received a phone call, but not necessarily the same day that the status checker changed.

My status checker hasn't changed at all and I got an acceptance call Friday. In fact, my status checker never even had a status!

Well, after reading through the past 15 pages or so of this thread...I think I am in for a WL via mail. No phone call as of yet...165/3.45 not exactly YP numbers... I don't get it.

I applied ED and received a letter standing that they couldn't offer me admission but they would hold my application for review at a later date. Just making sure, is this standard operating procedure for all ED'ers?

To my knowledge this is generally the process if they feel that you are still a viable candidate. Otherwise, they would have just dinged you and not put you into the general pool of applicants.

Got in a little before Christmas... Just got a job in the area, so will most likely be attending unless GWU or GULC lets me in off the WL. Lets hope GMU makes another deep tourney run this year!

It says on the admitted students site that scholarships are given in late February.

Accepted today via phone. Really surprised how quickly I heard back. Went complete Jan. 15th. Had a tough time holding my excitement over the phone

Same.. decision made here as well but no email and no phone call. Kind of tired of being waitlisted. I hope I get something from GMU in the mail soon.
