This seems really weird. Maybe your app fell from the desk and they didn't realize it untill much later and had to move you to a later batch or UR.

This happened to me, its normal. Means were not early jr1 material basically.

I think the status check just spasmed- I just checked and now it says Under review 10/23...which is different from the original under review date.

I got an email from H saying I was complete.

I take it to mean that someone else pulled your file, so maybe you went from one pile to another pile. Like maybe from an admissions officer to JR

Haha as much as I wish this were the case, it is highly highly unlikely considering my relatively low numbers compared to others who have received JRs.

Numbers for complete/ review day might change... doesn't mean anything, just the first one wasn't as accurate... happened last cycle alot.

Yep. Submitted 10/18? UR 10/22, JR1 not received, complete email 11/04

Edit: Just checked my H status checker, and while I received a complete email 11/04, my status has remained UR 10/22

I am in almost the exact same situation. I turned in 10/15, went under review 10/25. No JR1, and I received a file complete email today. Still under review 10/25. I wonder what this means?

Hmm I see. Since I submitted 10/25 and went UR 10/29, I guess there's still some hope.

As someone hoping the complete emails mean something (received 10/25, UR 10/29, no complete email), I am pretty sure they don't--IIRC from last cycle, they were pretty random. Might be an administrative difference (e.g. some people reviewing files are better about getting the emails out than others), but I doubt it impacts admissions chances.

Pretty sure all indications are that complete emails just go out in mass waves.
