Do you think there will be any rejections? It looks like dates of DR correspond with a specific decision. Mixed batches seem uncommon early in the cycle.

There have already been rejections. Lots of them from people on this board. Heck, I don't know anyone who DR'd on 12/1 on this board who got accepted. Also, there are so many ED's (like me) that have been held up ti'll the last minute that I don't see how this can't be a mixed batch unless they're going to accept all of us or reject all of us.

It's late. I'm starting to get cynical.

I've got to admit I am pretty pissed off that RD's are getting notifications before ED. That's no way to reward people for relinquishing all of their scholarship bargaining power.

I agree. It does seem like the logical and courteous thing to do. But has anyone from the 12/7 DR batch heard back with a ding or WL? Or do you think all 12/7 DR's are accepts?

i have dr 12/7 and complete 12/8 too. havent heard anything yet. i would be a bit surprised if i wasnt accepted based on my other outcomes so far.

I have the same thing...12/7 DR and 12/8 complete and haven't heard from them....and I live in DC so I should get snail mail quickly.

However, I thought that there were some people on here who had the same 12/8 thing and have gotten acceptances in the mail.

In!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got my letter this afternoon. I was going to be extremely nervous if I hadn't received anything today.

Oh my god, I still can't believe it. This makes up for them waitlisting me for undergrad.

My school doesn't have mail delivery on Saturdays. The world hates me >.< I have to wait till Monday at best...

im super nervous im going to get the ding now too, since im DR 12/7. im hoping its just because im from toronto and the international mail is taking longer haha...but distance wise its not really that far so i'm not sure. ahhhh.

No!! You must remain positive! There are some DR 12/07 people who just received their acceptances today.

ill try! i go through bouts of immense confidence and utter despair...so this is one of those despair moments. im in nj, so the whole snail mail taking a while doesn't work for me, because its not that far from D.C.

I live IN DC, went DR 12/7 and just barely got the letter today....so don't despair.

Edit: Accepted, DR 12/7and complete 12/8 (postmarked 12/10), UR 11/18 and 12/3
