i doubt they'll have any movement on my file until after my visit anyway. at least that's what i'm telling myself. though how embarrassing if i go visit and i had already been rejected!

So, where do you suppose your applications are? In a pile? Filed perhaps by last name, or in order of waitlist date, ex:Dec. being the first in the pile? Or filed by lsat score or new information?

My best guess? Bedding for the homeless. That or they made papier mache masks with them and are having a costume party.

they probably used my file to start a fire around which they all roasted marshmallows and laughed at me behind my back in the frozen tundra that is ny right now. or they could just have a really big pile and be overwhelmed. i'm thinking the former.

My best realistic assumption? Three intial piles: Non-auto admit, auto-admit with realistic numbers, auto-admit that could probably go somewhere better. YP the high autos, admit the regular autos, and do the rest in order of when and how they arrived.

tough cases probably get put the wayside until they go through most of the pile or something. Some people aroudn here have been here forever and a day.
