I'm making bacon and chilling with the furry friend. And wondering if I should email my tardy professor or wait til Monday.

Jimmy, I'm sure you're fine! I think the 9/1 submitters heard back so quickly because there were just fewer applications bogging them down at that point, and now there are more to go through.

Also I feel like we're very very similar applicants so it's bad news for me too if you get WL'd.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm still waiting for LSAC to finish processing my transcript! It was originally sent in July, but LSAC are bureaucratic numpties and keep mucking things up (I thought it was finally sorted on Thursday, but it turns out they forgot to fill in one of the pages of the transcript evaluation and also got the name of my undergrad institution wrong). :roll:
