Its an EXCELLENT sign. (sorry) but yeah you're in good shape, do the ASW deal on Monday just know that you won't be able to actually login till the following Friday.

For those that applied to both part time and full time, does your status checker change from 'both' to either one of the two prior to receiving admissions via snail mail?

actually I wouldn't necessarily look at it as a bad sign for the rest of your cycle or for Georgetown itself. It seems they use that special group as a YP tool, and quite a few people that responded with an LOCI affirming their interest in GULC got admitted. So if you know this where you want to go tell them so. And if not, don't consider it a bad omen for your other apps.
Really? Well thank you for that. It helps to calm my panic. I'll write the LOCI and see what happens.

When were you notified of your wait list status? I got the same, on 1/20, and have been stuck on that status date since... just wondering if they're doing this in waves, or if their special group is complete at this point.

I'm scared right now...yesterday I had an update after an interview, and my address changed slightly (added USA to country). Today I haven't had an update...is this some sick twisted mean trick Georgetown??

How early should I arrive for the interview? I don't want to be so early that it's rude, but I want to be punctual

10 minutes before the interview if you can manage to time it perfectly. 10-15 is okay. Anything over 30 minutes is a bit unnecessary .. camping out all night is not recommended, and may result in a discussion with the local PD.

Is it at his office or a public location? The above response works for either, but you can get there earlier if it is public.

Hey Georgetown. Remember when I submitted my application like 2 months ago and then you looked at it once that day in early January. Wouldn't it be awesome if we did that again?
Seriously just decide already so I can move on!

Got my little envelope today!
Went complete 1/26. No interview, did one of the optional essays.
Got my password for ASW on Monday, finally able to access the site literally at midnight last night.
Good luck to all!

Finally got my letter! Dean Cornblatt wrote me the kindest note about how much he loved my PS--I poured my heart and soul into that thing, so it's great to get some recognition... looking more and more like DC next year
