3/23 here, ding in email. Did everyone get this line?: "Although we are unable to offer you a seat in this year?s class, the Admissions Committee was highly impressed with your credentials."

Pretty obvious what's going on here. I guarantee tomorrow brings the mass WL e-mail.

The dates are just how we group ourselves at this point. We're not freaking out about updates; we're freaking out about rejections and impending decisions. You should check in more often.see18 wrote:For everyone freaking out about status updates, I was accepted in late February with no status updates since going complete in the beginning of December. So don't place all hope in the three updates! Maybe sometimes no updates is a good thing.

I did too. I thought it was really strange. Thought it might be a WL at first. Seems really oddly worded.Modian wrote:3/23 here, ding in email. Sad to say, I think so. They always seem to let some high LSAT's in off the WL. I'll be withdrawing, so all you splitters will be losing one competitor.

No thanks, I have other things to do. But I was saying, status updates are not everything; three is not a golden rule; I was in no update group.

Not me, I'm a reverse splitter (stats in profile) with a multitude of softs and strong LORs and PS. Third update on 3/23; no e-mail today.finalaspects wrote:assuming all of us have a 167 or better LSAT?autoding wrote:Encyclopedia Brown wrote:Think we'll be getting those, Waterman?D. Re: For WUSTL Applicants
Did any1 who got dinged today also received that letter from Ms. Bolin on 3/22?
We are delighted that you applied to Washington University School of Law! As was the case for many schools this year, our application volume is up by almost 20%. We are working very hard to review all applications and hope to have decisions made on all completed applications by the end of this month. Your patience and understanding is very much appreciated!
Just curious...

What did they go for the last complete date? There is no (obvious) method to their madness!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
