They have waitlisted a lot of people with good numbers for NYU who have the same numbers (or higher) as multiple people that have gotten in.

I wouldn't be so certain. The first or second WL group didn't get their emails till the next day

maybe they made a mistake and forgot to send them... and will feel bad and instead send us ASW links.
