I had a dream last night that I got a big purple envelope in the mail -- but for some reason it was my NYU application, marked "return to sender." I don't think that bodes well

Really? NOBODY has received any word the past few days?
Well, at least they're making my life interesting by squeezing my time to make life-altering decisions into a few days...
Btw, every time i go to get the mail, I put this song on, just to make it feel more epic (fml, I really lead a boring life)

Wait, we weren't supposed to have already started checking the website?

Wait, we weren't supposed to have already started checking the website?
i was forcing myself to wait until after 1 or so because that's apparently when it's updated. because, you know, they won't have entered my information until then.

Yeah for those of us who were clearly admitted this week I think 1:30 is about the time we should be able to confirm this by logging in...
(although I already checked twice today - definitely not updated yet)

What is the LSDAS number and where does one find it? The site claims it is not the LSAC number that begins with L... any guidance would be appreciated!

I've been searching google for you, and everything seems to indicate that it's the L... number or the school is confused. I would call the school up or email LSAC.

If you do not have a SSN, I believe LSAC designates a number for that position.

'sorry it did not match any records' is my least favorite phrase of all time

Let's just agree on 1:30 at this point. See you in 23 minutes.

Am I the only person who won't be checking? I'll let the purple envelope on my mailbox be my surprise. Or so, that's what I'm telling myself, delusional as I am.

Mailed off my deposit last night (everyone in my family, including me, carries Visa). Good luck all.

Not going to their non-top 5 degree mill is our revenge for an interminable admissions process (unless of course we get in)
