wow... lots of below 25th and at 25th for LSAT (myself included) comprise a good chunk of the late waiters. I'm wondering if this means they've taken their share of below/at 25th people and will waitlist or reject the rest.

I'm a super positive person.

Alternatively, they could be waiting to examine them at all once and make decisions. :?

Fingers crossed it means they haven't looked at below or at 25th LSAT people yet so we all still have a chance :)

This is my hope. I haven't looked SUPER closely on LSN, but it looks like they haven't admitted anyone with low/borderline stats yet.

I'm at median GPA with above median LSAT. Last status change on 12/28 (submitted 12/5). NYU is playing mind games or something. I've gotten into other schools T14 (or is it officially T13 now?) included.

They bein' so rude. I mean, damn, deposit deadlines are right around the corner. They're probably waiting till the last minute so we don't have chances to negotiate schollys. Cheap bastards (I went there for undergrad so I know how stingy they can be).

I have a median lsat and 25-50 GPA and my lack of UR3 makes me pessimistic for tomorrow.

I didn't even know NYU had multiple URs. As far as I know, I'm UR1.

The number can vary but usually if you move to UR3 a decision is imminent

Not exactly relevant, but TLS was the first time in my life that I had heard of someone negotiating scholarships for undergrad. I'm a first gen - literally didn't give a second thought to scholarships for undergrad. I got some merit stuff from the state and the school and lots of loans. Didn't know it was negotiable in any way shape or form. I was just happy I didn't actually have to write any checks.

Oh, I didn't negotiate because I don't think it's a thing for undergrad, but , my FAFSA put my family contribution at 0$ and I personally had like 100$ cash in hand (no bank account cause I couldn't afford the monthly checking account fees). Got loans, but not a dime in aid from them. That was 8-9 years ago, but I'm still salty.

Ahh. Well I'm glad I'm not alone then. But yeah, there are people around here talking about negotiating undergrad aid as hard as we're fussing about law school aid. Things I wish I would have know 8 years ago lol

Review date changed today. Idk if it's 2 or 3, since I didn't track closely, but happy to see a change for the first time since January (got be patient email, applied in December) :)

Hard for me not to see an increasingly supported correlation between multiple UR changes & acceptance.
If I'm right about who will go DLS tomorrow, I'm just gonna die. Right here, in front of you all.

EDIT* - I will be #happy for those of you who do go DLS but it'll just confirm my fears that my lack of UR date change is a sure sign of WL or ding.

I was just thinking the same thing :(

Speaking of, can you link the spreadsheet again? I scrolled back a bit and can't find it. I need to obsess over numbers for awhile.

How many more weeks of acceptances before everyone starts getting waitlisted/dinged?
