I'm always surprised by how many people are actually following this thread. Almost 30 responses in an hour?

Maybe because most/a lot of other schools have already decided on most applicants?

Eventually waitlists have to be sent out (and historically they start around this time), so eventually some of these DLS's will be waitlist letters. Just saying.

Sorry about the dings! I'm surprised that there haven't been any acceptances reported yet today. Doesn't Dean Deal like to call on Thursday and Friday mornings? I guess we could still hope for some post-lunch action . . .

+1 the harvard and stanford threads have been having similar amounts of activity for a while (and now are both at the same page count!)

This whole waiting 'til April bit is kind of sad. Or at least, it makes me sad.

I think today has been my worst day ever in terms of status checker obsessiveness.

Funny how I'm still checking this thread despite being DLS-ed today... I'm like the creepy stalker ex who can't let go.
If it helps, guys, it seems like we all got our DLS around the same time today. Perhaps you guys are safe at the moment.

Question: how long should one wait before sending a LOCI? two months after UR?

they're going to be making decisions real soon anyway. if you've been UR for two months already, then i'm sure it's fine to send a LOCI

Today is my two-month UR mark...maybe I'll write a LOCI this weekend. Has everyone else who's been under review at least that long written a LOCI?
