I was going to sound like the biggest douche ITT in my post, but, alas, bagleboy's post can not be outdone.

UCLA,

Not only did I forget that I applied to you, but I received your WL email 2 weeks after I deposited to Cornell, where I will be enjoying a decent scholarship. To reciprocate the haste in which you conveyed your decision to me, I will be waiting the entire two weeks to send my decision (no) about whether to remain on your waiTTTlist.

In this thread and this thread alone ill take that as a compliment. Typically im quite civil.

Alternative to your plan: stay on, send LOCIs and LoRs, fight to get off the WL and say you'll do anything to do and even pay sticker, then when they admit you off the waitlist you send them a scanned copy of your Cornell acceptance, deposit confirmation, a big red t-shirt, and offer them a spot on your waitlist.
Hahahaha. That is awesome. If I was having a bad day today I might just do that. At this point I am so over the LS application process.

Sure, I applied late. But you waived the application deadline, and encouraged me to apply.

My numbers looked right for you, GPA slightly below median, but my LSAT a bit above your 75th percentile. Things looked like they'd work out.

Then, you didn't give me a decision by May 1st, after you repeatedly promised me you would. In the world's most miserable phone conversation, you tell me you didn't get my late application waiver (which was me forwarding you back the email- which, not only did I do, but why would you need it? it was part and parcel with the fee waiver you sent me; shouldn't you have put two and two together when the application came with a fee waiver after the deadline?). You told me I'd get a decision later, and shrugged at the fact that my application was now put at a disadvantage because you lost an email.

Today, you put me in your "reserve".

Go fuck yourself, you miserable trolls,

Hello there, Class of 2017!

I'm resurrecting a thread that was just way too much fun to stay dead.

Mmkay, so the video is corny as I stated it would be prior to you clicking the link?
Imagine that.

Yes, I simply validated your statement. Was I not supposed to comment on it?

Be careful commenting on that video. LSLovely already commented on it and he's pretty possessive.

^^^This. Also, at the risk of sounding foolish/ignorant to the admissions process: how are people getting rejected so early on in the cycle? Did you guys apply in like September?

Assuming you're serious, they didn't get rejected this cycle. They were getting rejected at the very end of last cycle.

Valid. I wasn't paying attention to the dates and saw that it was a recently updated thread, so I was like "oh, damn." Thanks for the additional clarification.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
