I had my JS1 in early December, but no JS2 news. Oh well- gave it my best effort!

Don't give up hope! There was also a wave of rejections around feb 28 (if i remember correctly) and you weren't included in that!

That was a wave auto-rejection. Which fantasy should by my means be included in it.
But still don't give up hope. You never know. They probably just want to have a better picture of their class before making decisions on us.

I"m going to speculate Wave 4 is on Thursday, March 16th beginning at 10:30 AM. Wave 5 will be Friday, March 31st around 2:30. Evidence: absolutely none.

Any H adcoms, my birthday is March 16th but you knew that already. Birthdays get pretty boring past 21, but you could change that....

Still, this is H and they do average about 1000 acceptances. Even with a generous proxy assessment we should still expect a few hundred more acceptances in the next 21 days

This is the most inspirational thing I've read in weeks. I'm going to use it to convince myself that a large number of acceptances coming = great chances for me, so no need to stress.

I'd say you're probably still fine. The majority of that wave were people who had interviewed a while ago, there were a few people who interviewed first week of Feb, but I would anyone is still on the table, especially if your interviewed feb

Just from following this thread. I interviewed the second week of Feb so was paying particular attention to the dates in the last wave. If you go back to around page 115 you see people confirm this. Could be something good to have in the OP.

Reverse splitter here, and I think scholly is worse, esp because I'm not about to be getting any full-tuitions. But I think it depends on your goals--if you want HYS more than life itself, finaid doesn't matter because you assume sticker and you'll go regardless, so admissions is worse. If you're debt-averse, now we're getting into scholly territory where one school needs a commitment by mid-April and the other is saying you might not even get a package until early April. It's way more stressful, I think, and with the reverse-splitterness there's no predicting.

Sorry for the essay, definitely stressing about this.
