What they ask in the interview?

Its all on page 88. But if you're not up for doing that, here are some things they wont ask:

Some say blondes have more fun. From a legal perspective how would you analyze that argument?
Would you ever consider suing the TSA for not frisking you and making you feel left out?
I noticed that you only got an A- in a class you should have milked, how do you explain this udder failure?
If we promise to accept you right now, will you withdraw from Yale? Will you take a loyalty oath?
Weezer: Awesome or awful? There is a correct answer.
If KB: Tell me how happy you are to have gotten me instead of JS.
If you could be a scented candle, which scent and color would it be?
Tell me your opinions on affirmative action, abortion, immigration, and piracy.

From what has been said in the thread and my own experience, both are great interviewers.

since JS1s went out yesterday are we assuming no more for this week? someone tell us the interview calendar.

When I first looked there were some available for next week, now I see only slots on Feb. 12th and 13th.

Yeah, I don't think they have gotten to the later complete applications yet, but I do remember JS straight-out telling me that there is an advantage to applying earlier, while Asha and Dean Deal blatantly said applying later would be no disadvantage at all.

So do we think no more JS1s for 1/15 completes? I'm practically an auto-ding so the fact that I haven't gotten one is not a good indicator for others' chances. Also, anyone know if JS1s typically start trickling out as the cycle winds down or if they keep coming in clear waves til the end?

Does anyone know what username we use to get on to the accepted student weekend website? Is it just the part of our HLS email before the @jd16.law.harvard.edu part (so first initial, last name)?

Does HLS accept w/o an interview? Or is an interview pretty much a prerequisite to admission? i.e. I'm in the Princeton Law group (complete early december, radio silence)--any chance of a direct admit? Or are they deciding whether or not to put me on the waitlist vs. a hold or interview?

So many questions. JS are the initials of the Harvard dean of admissions, Jessica Soban. JS1 = invitation to interview/the interview itself, JS2 = the call telling you you're accepted.

About 1200 people will be interviewed and 850 will be accepted, implying a 70% chance of turning a JS1 into a JS2.

Generally if you don't get a JS2 within about three weeks of your JS1 you're en route to being held/waitlisted/dinged, but this might change once we get to April and the adcom is making final decisions (that is, people who had their JS1 months before might get a JS2 out of the blue).
