um, no. Your numbers are too good for a straight rejection and WLs don't come out until April. (Seriously, 100% of WLs were in April last year.)

is the general consensus that this means waitlist? I'm URM so I don't know if they are taking longer while they wait for more URM applicants, or if I should become very pessimistic. NYU is one of my top picks

I'm URM as well it took me 11 days to go UR. I think it's just different for everybody. I've decided not to worry about it anymore if it happens it happens if not well then..... I'll just jump off a building

I am with you at 12/3 except am a typical splitter. Hopefully they can accept both of us to balance out the statistics

I've been processing since around Thanksgiving too, although not a URM...I'm wondering if I should send in an email or something to check in.

I've been processing since 11/25. I called them two days ago and the lady said "don't worry, it's only really been three weeks." she wouldn't take my number to look at my file. if anyone has a different experience when getting in contact about them about this, please let me know!

Haven't seen you in a while excellence.

Yeah, I've pretty much resigned myself to Nays from CCN... it's made me into more of a lurker. I'm also starting to warm up to the idea of a small-town law school experience... (Mich or Cornell). Still hoping though...
