I think how you handled it was the correct way to do it. Adcomms will get the picture.

I just canceled my Prime half an hour ago! :(

You can probably get the student price (around $40/year) which is totally worth it, though!

Tbh I find Prime worth the $100 a year. Break it down to a monthly cost and then add in all of the TV options (if you watch a lot of TV, I do) and I certainly think I get my money's worth. Plus, they just rolled out the new option to download Prime TV/movies and watch without an internet connection.
Prime is awesome. I like to have a TV show on in the background when I'm doing more routine work stuff. Netflix is blocked and Prime isn't.

I think you can cancel at any time, and your subscription still lasts the full month. (Unless I'm thinking of a different service)

You can also turn off the automatic renewal. Problem solved.

what good tv do they have on prime?
Bunch of HBO stuff (Band of Brothers, The Pacific, Generation Kill, The Wire, etc.), X Files, Hannibal, and a ton of other stuff.

They also have Kenan and Kel, which between the two shows, made me cop prime.

Are you up to speed on Downton? I think I'm one season behind and it is on my to do list.
