I have been "processing" since 11/24, and it's yet to go complete, is this normal?

I was processing 11/23 and went complete 12/13 and UR 12/14... last I heard from them, but seems strange that yours hasn't moved to complete yet.

The one I applied to (Mitchell Jacobson Business) says that notifications are in March/April and you need to accept the offer within 3 days!

According to NYU, the RTK potentials will be told in February/March and all get interviewed on April 2nd.

Finally Decision letter sent 01/07. It's probably a waitlist or rejection, since I was UR since 11/10.

do the status checker dates ever change throughout the day? I can only remember changes that took place by noon...

um, no. Your numbers are too good for a straight rejection and WLs don't come out until April. (Seriously, 100% of WLs were in April last year.)
