Funny because in my PS I told them I would be thrilled to attend the University of Washington. Srsly, I thought I was applying to the one in Seattle......but I guess they're not picky!!!

lol, they probably just thought you got confused with the word order and meant to put Washington University.tintin wrote:Funny because in my PS I told them I would be thrilled to attend the University of Washington. My complete date updated from 12/02 to 12/21, not sure what to think about that, but hopefully it means a good decision is coming soon!

So I'm guessing nobody else has actually received anything in the mail after the acceptance e-mail?

From reading this thread, it seems like going complete means absolutely nothing. I submitted a few days ago and have already gone "complete" with the same visible "0.00" for deposits. Hoping my "complete" date won't continuously change...

My complete date has changed 2 or 3 times. It's obnoxious.jd-mba wrote:From reading this thread, it seems like going complete means absolutely nothing. Re: For WUSTL Applicants
I apologize if this has been addressed earlier in this thread. I applied a few weeks ago to WUSTL and have not received anything from them (application received/complete/status checker). Is this the usual experience?

Mmm. I don't know how it is for others, but I literally submitted my app about 4 days ago and status checker shows complete for me already (though this thread seems to show that complete doesn't actually mean complete in WUSTL terms). Maybe you can email them?LS18 wrote:I apologize if this has been addressed earlier in this thread. Re: For WUSTL Applicants
It took me over 4 weeks to go complete (I had to call). They said they do it by the date of receiving your application and put them in the system at that time. As long as you've gotten a received email and status checker I wouldn't worry. I've been accepted, and I updated once a few days before I got a final decision. Hope that helps answer some questions!

Sorry if this has already been answered, but are acceptances through email or snail mail?

I had an unsolicited waiver, and I am right around medians. You should be able to get one.

Re: For WUSTL Applicants
WUSTL is great about granting fee waivers, from what I've read on here. Just shoot them an e-mail.
I got an unsolicited one with a GPA a little above their median and when my LSAT was still below their median. So you should be able to get one.

Re: For WUSTL Applicants
I applied in late October, been complete since 11/12. Heard absolutely nothing since. I'm a 163/3.74, so WUSTL is definitely a long-shot for me, but do you all think the fact they're taking a while to give me a reply is a good indicator of being WL/R some time in the near future? I'm not incredibly keen on going to WUSTL, but it's the highest ranked school I applied to and it would totally be a feather in my cap if I got in (shit, even if I got waitlisted). FWIW, WUSTL sent me an unsolicited fee waiver.

Re: For WUSTL Applicants
Just went complete today at WUSTL.
Keeping fingers crossed/ good luck to anyone.
If anyone has not been, I would highly recommend a visit to the campus. Everyone is super friendly there and you'll get a great feel of the campus. I structured my WUSTL essay off of it

Re: For WUSTL Applicants
I think per LSN it is safe to say that the only people so far admitted were the auto admits. The lines seem to be well defined, I wouldn't take yourself out of the running based on decisions so far, once some one non-URM is accepted below a 166 and you aren't seeing anything. . . then you can start to worry.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
