Yep. On PWL. Did it go to both lists?

As we get ready for our June 1 tuition deposit deadline, I thought I would reach out to you one more time. For today, our class is looking quite full but there is a pretty good chance that some spaces could open up late next week, possibly before.

If you are still interested in attending Georgetown, please continue to keep in touch with us at admis@law.georgetown.edu. Going forward, the Committee will be particularly interested in applicants who truly want to be at Georgetown and will come if admitted. Please note that if spaces do become available, there will be a short time frame for you to make your enrollment decision.

We, of course, know that you may need to make other contingency plans and will do our best to let you know if there is any news or updates. We will be in touch as soon as we have any news, but promise you an update no later than June 13th, if you haven't heard from us before then.

As always, I thank you for your patience and interest in Georgetown and wish you a terrific summer.

Best,
Andy

Andrew Cornblatt
Dean of Admissions
Georgetown

Sounds like a long way to say you will hear by the 13th instead of the 6th lol.

PWL too. But it didn't say anything about being preferred so I assume he sent the same email to both lists.

RWL - got the email. Doesn't seem to be a difference in language from PWL to RWL emails.

Reg WL here. Just got it. Most likely coming in bunches so everyone hold out.

No difference between the lists messages I assume?

GULC seems to be much more email happy and communicative than other highly ranked schools which at the very least, is appreciated

Beats the generic, "thank you for your continued interest" emails I'm getting from Chicago after LOCIs, which aren't even from a person willing to identify him/herself. lol.

Was anyone else invited to interview in NYC on Memorial Day? Also, have people been dinged from the WL yet?

Does anyone know how it's seen/regarded by the admissions committee to inform them of a deadline that you'd ideally like to know by?

Does anyone know whether Georgetown Law Admissions keeps track of how often you respond to their waitlist updates? For example, if you have already expressed your interest in the strongest terms possible and you have no new information to give them, do you still respond to their update emails (with essentially the same info)? I figure that can seem annoying, but I also understand if that's what they want from waitlisted applicants. Thoughts?

Is anyone communicating with GT anything more than responding to GT update emails with their continued interest?

I'm assuming quite a bit of movement over the next two weeks. What do y'all think?

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

Honestly don't know, but If I was told that "you" needed a decision by XX date I'd be a little miffed.
