I was admitted earlier in the month and when my status checker changed to "decision made" I couldn't access the admitted students portal until later in the day.

*Super assumption warning*

I'm thinking that access isn't granted until right around the time that the email blast goes out. They mark it as "decision made", spend a day-ish getting all the info inputted into their email list/admit site, and then everything happens all at once.

Once again....no evidence to support this more than anecdotal evidence and assumptions

I'd say after 4:45pm (office hours) chances for decision today go way down.
