To those of you who have had their admissions confirmed, does the status checker show something for today's date under "Mailings"? I had one pop up that's dated for today, but the description is blank. I'm hoping that maybe it's some scholarship info being mailed, but it could just be some sort of mass mailing to admitted students as well.

It's probably the email reminder they sent about the supplemental admission info

So I had a friend convince to just write the academic statement for UF (ended up thinking it was pretty awesome) and apply even this late in the game.
I had a fee waiver from them and didn't even know it! Now I am kind of excited at the possibility of UF, but should I be? What are the chances of getting in if I applied today?

Not too sure how likely but I am in the same boat. I applied on 3/3 and went complete on 3/7. I'll update as I hear from them to give you a better idea.michiarmen wrote:So I had a friend convince to just write the academic statement for UF (ended up thinking it was pretty awesome) and apply even this late in the game.

My best friend here applied in March and he got in with a 3.0 and a 162. With a 163, you should be a lock. It took him 2 weeks to get admitted.jgraves0510 wrote:Not too sure how likely but I am in the same boat. I applied on 3/3 and went complete on 3/7. 3.0/163. Honestly, I am not too hopeful this late in the cycle but I didn't take the LSAT until February. UF is my first choice with FSU as a close second so I figured I would apply this cycle then just retake the LSAT and reapply for next cycle early on if it doesn't work out.

I hope so. I don't mind having another year in between but I would rather start this fall. I'm taking a tour this Tuesday and will be constantly refreshing the status page until then.Roberrrrto wrote:My best friend here applied in March and he got in with a 3.0 and a 162. Anyone else get the email telling you to complete the supplimental application? I could've sworn that I did this already. Now I have to waste my time calling and asking them if I did it Because it doesn't show if you paid or not.

How long did it take everyone's application to go into Initial Review after all application materials were received? I retook the LSAT in February so I didn't apply until early last week and I haven't gone under review yet :/

It was almost immediately for me and I applied in January, however it took about a month for it to go into Comp Review!abbylou wrote:How long did it take everyone's application to go into Initial Review after all application materials were received? I've been under initial review for almost a month now. My status hasn't changed from "under initial review by the committee" since 2/25/15. I'm starting to worry this means I'm not getting accepted, considering that everyone else has already received letters or their status has been changing.
Anyone else in the same boat or had a similar experience?
Im starting to drive myself crazy over this.
