In! GPA between 25 and 75, LSAT over 75. I'm actually really surprised that they admitted me, did not expect it at all. Looking forward to checking out the campus in the Spring and seeing what Berkeley is like! Congrats and best of luck to you all.

Hmm, as I'm in a similar situation, that's not promising... in addition, I haven't heard a thing since going complete about two months ago. Well, we'll see. Also, 2666, come check in at the internationals thread!2666 wrote:LSAT>>75%, international transcript evaluated as "superior" (the highest rank though I know it's not a perfect transcript)

Admitted via email today as well!! At/above both 75ths, submitted early December. Really really thrilled!
...but also sorry to hear about dings today. But based on stats i am sure you all will have tons of other great options, berk's COA is ridiculous anyway

It really is. I've heard 2Ls and 3Ls can be eligible for in state tuition though, but only if they summer in CA. Anyone else have more info on this? I'm aiming for NYC big law (I'm from the East Coast) and will most likely summer there so are my chances nil for getting in state tuition?everything_bagel wrote:Admitted via email today as well!! Checking in. Pretty good numbers, but considering it's Berkeley, I wouldn't be surprised by any decision they make regarding my app.

Has anyone been waitlisted yet? I've been under review since 10/6 with no update. Getting impatient to hear something, anything, to say the least.

According to LSN it looks like only admits/rejects. I'm in a similar boat as you and figure I'm en route to WL or faculty review... but we shall see...jschau23 wrote:Has anyone been waitlisted yet? Edit: Still got my fingers crossed, though, because Berkeley is my dream school.

So just got an email from U of Baltimore. The address is ubalt, and my brain read it as "boalt", and then my stomach got butterflies, and then I was sad.

Yes, it comes like this:
Thank you for submitting an application to Berkeley Law School. We write to inform you that it was processed successfully and is now under review.

Exact same boat. I'm thinking we've been pushed to faculty review? (once that starts). Because it seems like people have been rejected and accepted, but we're in limbo (like FR or WL limbo).Kaizen428 wrote:UR as of 11/17. Wish they would just hurry up with that rejection letter.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
