Your guess is as good as mine. Last year the waves were: 12/19, a few reported on 12/23, and then 1/9 and 1/14.

For some reason, I have no clue when I went UR1 so I am in the dark about whether I am now UR2 or not. I see that some folks above went UR1 on 12/11...but did anyone go UR2 on 12/11? I was complete around 11/20 I want to say.

I went complete on 11/25 and UR1 on 12/11, if that helps. Haven't gone UR2 yet.

unless you check obsessively (edit: or at least regularly...) there's no way to know. you have to see the date changes yourself, penn doesn't tell you about them.
