Are the status updates associated with a decision or no?

got my third "complete" status today...is it bad that I'm not under review yet?

There is no under review.

Are the status updates associated with a decision or no?

I put some status checker stuff in the OP.

The short answer is that there's no known pattern. So if they are associated, we haven't figured out how. For example, last cycle, some people saw their status change and then got accepted later that day. Other people got accepted with no change. And I'm sure we never figured out if there was a set number of changes before a decision. I don't think my date even updated, or maybe it only updated once.

I wouldn't read into it too much.

I submitted right near the center of October, was complete on 10/24.
