I thought about it but: 1.) figured some motived TLSer might have already done so and 2.) looking through past threads its not very clear - so its hard to tell, but seeing there is interest, I still might try.VeeD101 wrote:matrim wrote:Is there a projected timeline based off early cycles? To anyone admitted post-hold... did your status return to "under review" before your decision was rendered, or did it stay at "application held for further review" up until your JS2?

Checking in.
Below both medians, expecting a straight ding but was actually 'held' as of today. I am actually pretty excited about it. Infantry Officer, combat Platoon Leader time during Operation Enduring Freedom 10-11, two purple hearts- 3.74/165. The waiting game will continue, but thats fine with me- bring it on! Good luck to everyone!

Only two holds reported so far today? Seems low. Maybe another bloodbath this afternoon.

Is there some sort of a predictor on that website? Just gave it a cursory glance and didn't see anything.lak90 wrote:So according to mylsn.info I have a 0% chance of getting into Harvard.. well that's comforting.

Someone on that site on mentioned using it. I'm hoping that because of the data it uses.. it's just complete bs.

@lak90: Be sure to take this for what it is, nothing more. What it’s saying is that no one on lawschoolnumbers.com matching the criteria you specified has been accepted – it’s not saying that you have a 0% chance. Of course, no one reporting having been accepted with your numbers is definitely not a good sign, but it doesn’t mean lose all hope. If you’ve been held, Harvard saw something they liked. If there were absolutely no hope, they would have rejected you.lak90 wrote:http://www.mylsn.info/MacB wrote:Is there some sort of a predictor on that website? @MacB: click on the Search link on the left - though, personally, I think the graphs are more useful

EDIT: I guess I'm not as smart as I would like to believe.. apparently I was doing it incorrectly. I now have a 6% chance. YAY

Ok, so I know most have gone through a read previous "Held @ Harvard Threads", but here is is a easier reference I thought people would like to look at instead of clicking through 80 pages +. Keep in mind these Held threads are not super informative because the randomness of peoples posts.VeeD101 wrote:matrim wrote:Is there a projected timeline based off early cycles?az21833 wrote:nope

Thanks! When the information gets spelt out like that, the chances of a JS2/KB2 appear to be really bleak.

Yeah, I understand that; however, its still early, and it appears that a few more JS1s/2s may occur over the next 6 weeks, before the thread enters the WL/Ding mode.VeeD101 wrote:Thanks! When the information gets spelt out like that, the chances of a JS2/KB2 appear to be really bleak.
