Is there a projected timeline based off early cycles? Because a "hold" is not waitlist, or really a decision either way, so at what point do they clear out all the holds or at least the majority of them? I understand waitlists may never end...but holds? when!?

You could look at previous years' threads to accumulate this information. Maybe even share it with the rest of us?

I thought about it but: 1.) figured some motived TLSer might have already done so and 2.) looking through past threads its not very clear - so its hard to tell, but seeing there is interest, I still might try.

Below both medians, expecting a straight ding but was actually 'held' as of today. I am actually pretty excited about it. Infantry Officer, combat Platoon Leader time during Operation Enduring Freedom 10-11, two purple hearts- 3.74/165. The waiting game will continue, but thats fine with me- bring it on! @lak90: Be sure to take this for what it is, nothing more. What it’s saying is that no one on lawschoolnumbers.com matching the criteria you specified has been accepted – it’s not saying that you have a 0% chance. Of course, no one reporting having been accepted with your numbers is definitely not a good sign, but it doesn’t mean lose all hope. If you’ve been held, Harvard saw something they liked. If there were absolutely no hope, they would have rejected you.

Ok, so I know most have gone through a read previous "Held @ Harvard Threads", but here is is a easier reference I thought people would like to look at instead of clicking through 80 pages +. Keep in mind these Held threads are not super informative because the randomness of peoples posts.
