Did anyone else just receive an e-mail with scholarship information? Just fyi, mine went straight to my spam folder, so be sure to check that!

Nope, and I was one of the first batch of admits. Interesting. Did it tell you how to apply or actually give you a scholarship number right then and there?

The exact amount was in the e-mail (I was granted 10k/year) and there don't seem to be gpa stipulations, though obviously you need to remain in "good academic standing." I was also in the first batch of admits back in early December.

Congrats T20Hopeful! I just got mine today too, $15k/year for "in good academic standing." Which is essentially as long as you're not failing out.

I was like why on Earth is something this important in my spam folder! I actually didn't check spam on purpose. I meant to view the trash folder and I saw GW Merit Scholarship Award in subject line.

I was accepted on 12/7 I was hoping I may be able to get some GW scholarship but if they're going chronologically, then there is probably little hope for me.

They probably aren't. That would be too easy and logical and wouldn't have us guessing and obsessing enough. They might be saving all the big bucks for us Good Luck!

No. They usually send it after.

Agreed, but I have received more from other equivalent schools, so if I really decide it's the place for me, I'm hoping I could negotiate more.
