Haha that's hilarious. I just had a terrible telephone experience as I was reading this. My phone rang and it was an OOS code as well, so I excitedly ran up from my basement to answer it. It was Tom, from National Home Protection, calling to see if I want to buy a new security system. Depressing.CattyPake wrote:Got in today via the most awkward phone call ever. 166/169, 3.68, non-URM.
The store I work at blasts loud music all the time, I saw the out of state area code on my phone at work and rushed outside to answer it. Trouble was, I was still hearing more of the store music than the phone call and I'm pretty sure the person calling could hear the music too. I was super nervous and couldn't hear most of what he was saying...I didn't get the name of the school he was calling from and had to look up the 612 area code later.
Hopefully not! My status checker hasn't been updated since 12/23.CaptainJack wrote: Into review 9/20. Last status date was 12/16 which is what it still says so hopefully some random from Minneapolis wasn't pulling my leg haha. 3.9+/162. In state. Non-URM.

Lol. I freak out every time I see a different area code too but I'm sure Minnesota's making more calls in the next few weeks!ashley12 wrote: Haha that's hilarious. Okay it's possible that I'm just stupid, but does anyone have ASW information? I can't find it in the emails I've been getting. Thanks!!!

Still sitting on 10/12 with not even a peep since. Was hoping they weren't serious about the possibility of taking 14 weeks.

I'm still stuck on 11/9 as well with a 165/3.6. Probably a waitlister.

You have two options for ASW Weekend: March 2-3 or April 13-14. You should get an email in the next couple of days giving you instructions on how to set up an online account with all the info. Good Luck!crumpetsandtea wrote:Okay it's possible that I'm just stupid, but does anyone have ASW information? I can't find it in the emails I've been getting. Thanks!!!

Waitlisted. I really wanted to go here! However, I was recently accepted to GW, so I'm not devastated. Good luck everyone.

Just got the waitlist email also. A little confused considering I'm above their 25% for GPA, way above the 75% for LSAT, and have strong softs. Maybe they didn't think I could survive the cold

When were all of you in review?? I've been in review since 10/13 and I didn't get anything today...

Just got waitlisted. GPA is above median and LSAT is above 75th percentile. Methinks they wanted to YP? In any case, I'm probably going to withdraw my application soon.

You seem to be in the same boat as me. Significant number of people with numbers below ours were accepted. I like to think YP since it boosts my ego, haha. I immediately withdrew from the waitlist.hobojarpen wrote:Just got waitlisted. GPA is above median and LSAT is above 75th percentile. Methinks they wanted to YP? 172/3.78. I'm in at NYU and now waitlisted at Minnesota. They really do care about their yield.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
