Finally submitted the other day.

Not gonna worry about status checkers and all that for a while.
If I tell myself that enough time I may start to believe it.

You guys are nuts. Most schools I haven't checked the status since the initial email.

Well neither have I since I know there won't be any change for awhile, but when the change is known to be coming then that flies out the window. You are telling me that when Duke started issuing decisions, you didn't start compulsively checking yours? When Michigan starts, I expect the same level of re-checking. When Harvard starts issuing interviews....etc. Def going to be refreshing those pages at least 5 times throughout the day "just in case."

I knew the 10 days after file completion was when I would get a decision from Duke, so I just checked Duke once exactly ten days after I got the "file complete" email. By time I got home from work the decision had already been emailed. I probably will compulsively check once decision start coming from places without a definite date though.
