how have you people been hearing back from UConn?
will i find out via status checker? email? call?

I got the e-mail. If you read the status checker, UConn didn't start looking at the apps until January, meaning that even if you applied in October, you were simply at the front of the line in January. If applied later, its going to be a mindfuck of a waiting game.

I gotta say though, between their application and their idiotic policy of reviewing applications, UConn has completely turned me off. :D

I completed my application on Nov 30.. and it is currently March 23... I've been under review for like 7 - 8 weeks. stop teasing me, I beg you, just let me in. please?

I applied back in November...and it is now the end of MARCH! Are they really going to wait until April to tell me something???

same here. i called the office today and i told her it that somebody in admissions told me it takes 6 - 8 weeks to render a decision, and that this is the end of the 8th weeks... and the girl told me to wait one more week. it is ridiculous. Longest wait EVER.

+1 admitted today! how long did it take to get fin aid info? my deposit is due in 2 weeks and i am hoping to find out before then

Rejected here too, pretty depressed about it. Not waitlisted, just full on rejection :( . My partner and I drove out during spring break, took a tour and spoke to the admissions dean for over an hour. It felt like I had an excellent chance but it seems that my above the median gpa and below the median LSAT, 20+ years of work experience, significant campus and community involvement, 3 LORS, and 2 EVALS, when looked at "holistically" didn't make the cut. :( 4th out of 5 stages of mourning with this cycle :( .
