If this is the weirdest thing I say on these forums between now and graduation, that'd be something.

Just kidding, I cry a lot on the outside as well.
Just ball yourself up into a corner and chant IBR and LRAP will save me, that's what I do

I have to say, their admissions office seems like a pretty chill place.

I don't mean to be a pedant, but that post deserves it: consider changing your username to 'flustercuck' or 'fustercluck' so that, you know, it makes sense.

Are you trying to be wry?
You gotta admit, the extra L just helps it roll off the tongue better, plus fluster > fuster and cluck > cuck....

quick question, I checked off "no interview" when I submitted my application because I didn't want to travel in the middle of the semester (no Alumni location near me), does it basically mean I have 0 chance at Northwestern?

If you included an addendum about how you would had loved to interview, but couldn't because it was logistically impossible, then your chance might not had been dramatically affected. It also depends on your numbers. What I have noticed on LSN is that splitters or applicants with lower numbers that were admitted were folks that went all out i.e. wrote all the supplemental essays and interviewed.

oh, I didn't realize the date updated on their status checker. Darn. In that case, mine is still stuck on 12/13 when it went complete

I was complete 12/01, so I have 8 weeks... 4 gone, so 4 left. Sometime this month, or early next month, I'll know. Please not another WL. :>

Or a good one.. or none at all. We ALL read WAY too much into minute changes in our status checker. My Cardozo checker still says I'm under review, despite having been accepted via phone today. No sense... no sense. They're almost worthless tbh.
