Just perused LSN and noticed that many of the folks that submitted/completed in Oct./Nov., last cycle, got word back in Jan. if their app. was being moved along to the committee or not, and then got final decisions/waitlist notifications in Feb.

None of us know the answer to this question.

(unless Dean Tom is hiding out on here)

I could be wrong but I don't think they started calling until 4pm eastern time yesterday.

I'm exactly at both medians. I got in yesterday/today. I seem to be a little bit of an exception to the higher-numbers rule that's shaping up

Maybe they are protecting the medians first, then become more holistic :D

Either way, if I don't hear soon I am going to be very worried as I am at LSAT 75 and .01 below the GPA 75.

I hope you're right about them protecting the medians! (right around the gpa median, but above the lsat 75 :) )

What a first post to have! Are you a Cali resident? Does anyone know if that would help? (I'm on the other coast, so I think they may be skeptical if I would even bother going that far, ASSUMING I would even get in.) I know I could probably find the stock answer in this thread but would rather get a feel from this year's acceptances.

Wow congrats fglass! It's looking so far like they are trying to raise the LSAT median..

Ahh I hate this anticipation, I'm going to crazy :(

Applied 10/17, under review 10/18
I am a CA resident, plus I already live in the Bay Area, so Berkeley is a fantastic (and easy) choice for me.

Do CA residents get a boost? Everyone else has been super high numbers I think.

It's usually the "auto-admits" (not that there's such a thing for Berkeley, really) that get in first, right? Maybe I'll get lucky and hear back before committee review.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
