Got my status checker 15 weeks ago... Hey, at least it updates every day. More than I can say for UVA, which is about 16 weeks without a single update.

13 weeks at UVA w/o an update, so I feel your pain.

Just got my Michigan status checker. Applied 1/5.

UVa has had no movement since 1/4, though I've heard that's usually the case until they finally make their decision.

Figure this group might know...

I plan on applying ED to Umich in the fall. Is there any benefit to having everything in on Sept 1st instead of Nov 1st? Website says they start accepting them Sept 1st but can't start reviewing until early November. Is there any "top of the pile" advantage by being an early ED? I may want to take the Oct LSAT instead of the June if there is no difference.

Not sure about the top of the pile mentality.

I would suggest, though, to take the June LSAT if possible. Having September as a backup preserves your chances of applying ED if the situation arises.

No, I'm pretty sure it goes straight to Waitlist Offer Extended, with no Decision in there. However, wasn't there someone who mistakenly went to Decision a week or two back, and then that was changed after calling since it was a mistake. Maybe there's still hope?...

I think I have to agree. I'm withdrawing from NU (maybe) and sticking with what I have unless Yale should come aringing. (they won't)
