Guys, calm down!
BAI, I am absolutely still not worried about getting into Columbia. There is virtually a 100% chance that both of us are getting in, and your masters will only be an asset to your application.

Hah, that I am going to take as an awesome compliment and further admonition against panicking.georgina wrote:haha, spoken like a true 180. don't worry, bai, we're getting in, i know it!BaiAilian2013 wrote: Objectively, I think it's likely to be something mundane and yet unexpected like that, but every day that goes by makes me less rational. Stop panicking, everyone! Putting me at the top of the panic chain was not TCR, but I'm sane for now!

the weight of the responsibility of other people panicking dependent on your should motivate you to stay calmBaiAilian2013 wrote: Stop panicking, everyone! Putting me at the top of the panic chain was not TCR, but I'm sane for now!

Somebody tell me if abroad applicants have been getting their acceptances on the same days that waves have been sent out, or a few days later. Are these email admittances part of the February 4th wave or a later one?

Awesome, thanks. Just trying to see what the latest complete date for this batch is (so far, it appears to be 1/20, so no worrying for me until next week).blueballa wrote:BenJ wrote:On what date did you go complete? That's right, though I think the delay for us may have been cos 22nd was a Friday. So they might just have postponed sending the e-mail to the following Monday (maybe it got late or something).parker09 wrote:From the last (I think? first RD, maybe?) wave: package was postmarked 1/22; I got the email on 1/25.CoaltoNewCastle wrote:Somebody tell me if abroad applicants have been getting their acceptances on the same days that waves have been sent out, or a few days later. Last year I know that e-mails were sent on the same day that packages were, and as a result those based abroad got to know a little before domestic applicants did.

My friend asked me - can she apply now (LATE!) and still be considered for a hamilton. Told her no. Right?
