So it's almost the end of the day and he still hasn't gotten the ding email... good sign? Still can't log into ASW

Good luck DLS'ers! If you haven't gotten an email yet I think you're good. It took over a day after DLS before I could log into the ASW but from everything I've read, the ding emails come quickly, while the congrats phone calls can take a day.

Same. I couldn't get into ASW until the next day, and then got a phone call about two hours after ASW access. Keep your heads high.

Looks like lots of movement today. I went UCR2 this afternoon. That makes me UCR1: 3/13 ; UCR2: 3/25. Didn't take too long to pass through first reviewer, and didn't get a DLS, so probably a ding coming but wanted to share.

Question: If I'm offered a scholarship that isn't a named scholarship--that mean's I've been denied the named scholarship, yes? I don't mean to be rude in asking but NYU is VERY unclear about this...

Yeah, that's my understanding. If you email financial aid asking specifically about this, they should respond with something like "All finalists for the XX scholarship have been contacted" if you want some closure.
