Yeah I hope so and I feel pretty optimistic, just trying to give people the same kind of information I obsessed over on all of these threads

Really GULC? You've made decisions on all the interview applicants but me?

Pretty close to withdrawing out of frustration.

If it makes you guys feel any better, I just sent a withdrawal letter to GULC 15 minutes after receiving my ED notification from Penn. So that's one less person that might've been admitted.

I wouldn't have to worry about tuition at all if I'm accepted in that case. I'm just a little miffed that ED's are suposed to get the best consideration and I'm being reviewed a month after my application after RD's. I'm supposed to experience the best consideration when you have less than a week to look at my application? People who applied weeks later than me have been UR'd for and DR'd way before me.

But I'm complaining again, there's nothing I can do about it now.
Georgetown worried me about the costs, but I want to do Public Interest, too, and that ten year plan rocks.
+1

Although I almost have to think that it's too good to be true. What's the catch?
Far as I've seen, the biggest catch is that your yearly income needs to be capped at 75 grand or else the amount of money that you'll get paid towards your tuition will be reduced. Luckily, the COL in Texas is low enough that that's entirely reasonable. Besides, I'm going to be a public defender. Money wasn't really what I was interested in anyway.
I want to be a prosecutor :) (And I know that my yearly income will NOT get that high haha)

Rejected via email. 167/3.30 from Ivy UG. 2 years out of school with good WE. I applied to both the FT and PT, but the email didn't specify if one or both had rejected me. Am I to assume that I was rejected fro both FT and PT?

I hope your worries are unfounded. I'm above both medians: 171/3.96, with very solid softs. I'm hoping we're all set!

UR 11/18 --> UR 12/3 --> DR 12/9

RD, URM, 164/3.2(HYP)

Great softs, 1-2 years out with good WE.

I hope its good news! Lord knows I need it!

I accidentally posted this on the Berkeley Board...whoops!

Just checked my status checker - Decision Rendered 12/9. I wonder if that's in response to my withdrawal letter, or if they had actually already made a decision.

i thought the 12/7s were high too but these 12/9s all seem to have even better numbers and i think we were all 12/3 UR...its unlikely that there would be two separate batches of acceptances so close, right?

They might have stopped doing decisions in batches.
