I have a good feeling about some sort of movement tomorrow. Who's with me?

I'm 100+ days from complete so, similar wait, but no interview. I stand with you, my brethren, in the wait.

I'm wearing my crimson leggings today, sort of on accident. I think this is a good sign. 8)

Now I wonder if that's the reason why she didn't let me view her via video yesterday. She sounded fine but I couldn't see her.

I couldn't see my interviewer because the webcam had overheated apparently, so maybe HLS need to invest in some new webcams?

After this round, they may actually enjoy watching our reactions in front of a black screen so much that they decide they won't fix the webcam.

Wait, is that why it's called JS1/2? Because of Jessica Soban?

I looked at the appointment link multiple times and it didn't hurt my JS2. Good luck!

Hi! Current 2L here. I know it's a bit early, but my roommate is graduating this year and I'm looking for someone to move into her room! If anybody is interested, PM me. Some details are below, but I'm happy to send pictures or show you the place if you're coming for ASW.

Harvard University Housing apartment in Botanic Gardens. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a large living room and separate kitchen. All of the furniture in the common areas is mine, so would be ideal for someone who doesn't have or want to buy a bunch of new furniture. (The apartment also comes with a climate-controlled storage unit in the basement that would accommodate any extra stuff.) It's a half-mile walk to HLS, basically equidistant to Harvard and Porter Squares.

Technically the lease starts in July, but my current roommate is staying here to take the bar and would love to take that first month's rent off your hands / let you move in closer to the start of school. It's $1266 per person per month, and includes wifi, electricity, etc. Harvard takes care of all the repairs and maintenance. I'm female, if that matters, and try my best to get the fuck out of Cambridge as much as possible, so I'm not home all that much.

Thanks!!

Unfortunately yes :( When I looked for one-bedrooms, they were like $1500-1800/month at least. You can get something a little cheaper if you move to Somerville, but this is pretty normal (low even?) for something close to campus.

Just wait until you do 2L summer in new york! Way worse.

Yes, for an apartment near the campus (and the botanical garden apartments are about 10-12 minutes away). Cambridge is a very desirable place to live within a city that has plenty of high paying jobs. Apartments are priced according.
