1) Scholarships are not the main concern of the admissions office right now, and many people ITT have repeatedly advised to wait before trying to start the negotiation process.

2) That finaid email went to everyone. Its delivery is not a binding contract and was not a response to your request.

3) Chill the hell out. Either you sent your email way too early or you haven't given near enough time for a response.

4) Good riddance.

RB hates everywhere. LA, NYC, Chicago, Detroit. So don't let that sway you. (Although Detroit really is awful so that his advice on that one)
