To those who are still EAC, it is fine to call and ask for your decision. I'm still listed online as Early Action Complete and called on a lark. Unfortunately, it was not good news for me: deferred to the reserve list with a 3.5x/169. I actually thought based on LSN that my numbers were pretty safe this go around, but I guess not.

Looks like nobody has been accepted thus far from the 11/13 pile...

...maybe it is a cursed number. I'm going to call after I down a shot (or three) of liquid courage. Wish me luck folks.

CONGRATS! It's great to hear some people are getting accepted after the long wait!

I'm still EAC 11/13, called today, and was told that I'm still under committee review but that I should probably hear by the 24th.
I'm another member of Team 11/13 who called. No decision for me yet either -- but they didn't tell me anything about committee review or 12/24.

Thank you! I was actually shocked...right when I called she said they were putting my admit packet together.

I wonder if they're starting to get annoyed now that everyone's suddenly calling them without a DR... (trying to talk myself out of calling, for fear of bad news)

It did not sound like it at all. She was super nice.

I'm trying to tell myself not to be annoying and only call when I'm supposed to. I'm about to break though...

Well, 11/13 was Friday the 13th.....

Of course, my EAC 11/11 (still) isn't doing too much better.

I'm resisting calling...

Just in case I change my mind, how did people phrase what they said on the phone?

Was it something as simple as "I'm Early Action, and I was hoping to see if a decision had been made on my file?"

Yeah I did and she said there wasn't an update on it yet but I should hear by the end of the month with something in the mail.

I'm EAC 11/12

Just called and I'm STILL UNDER REVIEW. Ugh. I keep telling myself that it's because I'm JD/LLM and not because they're dinging me.

See, that's the thing -- if a decision hadn't been made on my file, I would feel awkward calling again two days or so later when I inevitably have a DR. I have a feeling this is a sort of "one round in the chamber" kind of deal, and I don't know if I should waste my bullet.

Yeah, but once they've made a decision they're not going to revoke an offer because you called admissions twice.
