Looks like ~11 updates on LSN with 8 admits and 3 rejections. Last admit wave was roughly 18 LSN admits. The data on LSN is always going to be fuzzy and a small sample of the applicant pool. So part of me is hopeful that this was a 'minor wave' which will be followed up either at home or later in the week. However, I am probably being overly optimistic because NYU is basically my dream school

I'll be looking out to see how it turns out for you guys. You all have good stats (presumably, based on your having interviewed with CLS) so you're giving us October and November waiters hope!

Truly believe you're getting in, it's only a matter of time. I noticed many last year who had several UR dates beyond the normal/typical 2, and they all got in

My stats aren't what you would call particularly good - my GPA is not stellar (only because of a heavy amount of STEM courses) and my LSAT is the median for NYU. But I am what one would call a "diversity" candidate probably. Got waitlisted at CLS, U Chiacgo, and in to Penn and Berkeley - so really it's pretty borderline for me. What I'm trying to say is that it's like 500% up in the air and I have no idea what is going on with them and I'm trying not to read into UR patterns that aren't really there haha ughhh who knows. Wish they would just update me or something.

Winter storm definitely canceled today's wave. I'd imagine that yesterday may have been it, but again it is still possible we may see more this week.
Has anyone who went UR2 on 1/17 received a decision?

Same here, except I'm 1/11. I sent in a "Why NYU" last week and I still haven't seen any movement.

Interesting. Are you all above both medians? I might send an unsolicited Why NYU as well. Depending on the weather, I'll try to go visit next week.

I honestly expected to be a ding by now. I'm frantically working on a Why NYU that I hope to send in by the end of the week because at this point I don't think it could hurt me. Out of curiosity, does anyone know when WLs were sent last year? I think that would be the best case for me.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
