I think the class is near-full, so the admittance of even >75ths isn't going to make a big difference to their numbers at this point.

They do seem to pull from their WL more than other schools. Hopefully that's still true this year.

I just don't understand (i) how all you guys with great stats are getting WL'ed and (ii) how it's taken them so long to reach their decisions. I have friends who were accepted/rejected within 2-3 weeks of completion, so it's not like they're slacking.

WL email earlier today, DLS 4/16 which switched sometime between 10 am and 1:30 when I received the email - I saw that first. Completely not a surprise, and I'm just glad to have this cycle over (although not going to lie I was kind of hoping that I would be the last one left without a response just for the lol value).

Nah, I was a regular applicant. Thanks for the sympathies, guys, though I really am totally unfussed - I've been expecting it for a while and I have a school lined up that I'm delighted to attend (and have demonstrated real interest in having me too, lol!).
