Anyone else send a scholarship negotiation letter and not hear back? I'm not sure what to do with the deposit deadline being tomorrow and all, guess they want me to call and beg for $$

First complete update since 3/26...
So this would be my 2nd UR since initially getting complete in January. Should I expect the 3rd one to come pretty soon?

I thought the deadline was the 26th?

Yup, still waiting. They've been responsive to emails but mine's still in committee

Yeah. I sent an email yesterday and got one back today saying it was being forwarded to the committee or something.

So I've definitely read that Cornell is known to interview wait listed candidates. I was curious to know if reserved candidates are different than wl and whether I should be expecting an invitation to interview?

in a twisted way I kind of want to be kept UR2 at least until 1/5 when they will have a better grasp on things post their deposit deadline. At this stage in the game it won't really matter if they let me know next week or at the end of May

Stuck at 4/5 as well. Don't particularly understand why. C is a reach for me, so I figured I'd be wait listed or dinged by now. One of 4 schools I'm still waiting to hear from.

I'm the opposite. Above their 75ths, but not high enough to be yield protected unless they're out of money.

Stuck on 3/26, but my pre-law advisor said they have been one of the slowest to make decisions since she has been following law school admissions. I guess with the small class size they don't want to make any mistakes.

Yea I am still waiting, sent in the letter last Friday. They mentioned it was forwarded to the committee.

Still waiting on the T20 school (in CR2) that should provide something to negotiate with. Should I wait for after the deadline to bring this up (when I actually have the offer), or try to negotiate now? I don't mind eating the deposit if it's a better strategy. All I have right now is UCLA w/ no money and UCI with just short of a full ride.
