I have a bad feeling about the answer to this question, but is it as likely as it seems that only WLs are going to be sent out soon? I would kill to get the accept, but it seems like if they were going to accept me, they would have done so already (my last status date is 3/10, whatever that's worth).

I dunno man. Certainly not everyone with status updates are getting in. Admissions folks make odd decisions. Fordham accepted me on Wednesday and my seat deposit is due on the 15th. If wustl accepted me tommorw my deposit would be due on the 15th so I don't think its too late to get a decision.

Re: For WUSTL Applicants
I hope you're right and I'm not too pessimistic. What concerns me is that a bunch of people got in this week, and I'm a URM, I thought those people were getting decisions this week. I have a feeling if I applied next fall on the first day then my chances of getting in, and even getting $, would skyrocket. And my stress would be lower.chicoalto0649 wrote:Andrew the Wolverine wrote:I have a bad feeling about the answer to this question, but is it as likely as it seems that only WLs are going to be sent out soon? You're not being rushed into a decision. The real seat deposit is May 1, as the April 1 deposit is refundable until then...Integrity wrote:Regarding deposit deadlines, I meant other schools with an April 1 deadline. I know my current choice's deposit is due April 1. While WUSTL is an attractive option, I would not want to be rushed into a decision.
I sure hope to be a part of the mass waitlist e-mails as opposed to, say, the rejection ones...

At this point in the cycle?
$2.37, and an old cup of coffee.

Well, considering today is an ASD, I doubt the Admissions Office is even reviewing applications.
