It looks like those of us who didn't get held may get a surprise in the mail this week.

Given that one of the postmarks was 2/18, maybe CLS sent out a batch of admissions by mail last week before their hold emails, and those mailed letters are slowlyyy now making their way across the country???

I like this theory!!! (Even though I'm still expecting a WL at best with my LSAT.)

This cycle sounds really strange. How common is it for Hamiltons to get passed down to the Butler folk after those kids eventually withdraw & go to Yale?

I'm guessing a Hammy is likely to go to some of the absurd WLs that have appeared here if they are rejected by the originally accepted students.
I myself am wondering if I can negotiate up from a Butler.

Just got reserved. LSAT<25% GPA>50% I was expecting a flat out ding so I feel blessed. The way they explained it sounds like a waitlist still. They did, however, say this was one of their most competitive years. I'm definitely planning on riding this out.

Is a reserve the same thing as a waitlist or does your letter say you'll get a decision at the end of April like the "held" wave? Sorry to hear regardless. what a crazy cycle.
